Hi,
I’m very new in APEX. In my case i already have a page master details. i just want to add a column to attach a document with blob type. Do I still need to create a separate table call tbl_attach_file with attach_id, attach_data, ….attach_filename….? I’m confuse. Can you help step by step how to do it.
Thu Tran
It depends on your design. You can just add a new BLOB column and move data from upload table to it, or you can retain the upload table and have the ID column pointing to main table via foreign key.
